To see the fonts correctly in our eyewear cases preview, you must have Javascript enabled and you must have Adobe Flash player 6 or higher installed. Otherwise the font you've selected will not display and a common font will appear in it's place. Your eyeglass case will be engraved with the font you choose regardless of whether you can preview it correctly or not.

To download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for free, visit http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

If you've selected a custom font for your case, you won't be able to preview the font obviously. Your text will appear in Verdana for the preview. Make sure you email the font file to us along with your order number. When we engrave your case, we will use your font.

If you're using Internet Explorer and you have Flash installed, try refreshing the preview page (F5 button). This seems to help for some reason.

If your problem is unwanted line breaking in the middle of your text just add some more whitespace to the text field. For example: If your text is 'Albaquerque' and it is breaking like this:
Quote
Albaquer
que
add some spaces at the end to reduce the text size until it fits on one line. The size of the preview text is determined by the number of characters you entered, and it might break long words or names unintentionally. Even if your text breaks in preview mode we will still engrave it exactly as you entered it in the text box.
