Where can I see sample pictures of engraved cases?
We have several pictures of sample cases HERE.
What if the preview is not working for me?
You need to enable cookies and Javascript in your browser, and make sure you have Adobe Flash 6 or higher. You can still order a case regardless of whether you can see the preview or not and we will engrave it correctly.
What are the dimensions of the cases?
Our cases are approximately 6.5" long, 2.75" wide in the center and 1.25" in height. The cases weigh approximately 4oz (115g). Please see the pictures of sample cases to see the shape. There is currently only this 1 size.
What is the warranty on the cases?
We offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If your case is somehow defective we will replace it for you. We also offer a one time replacement if you are unhappy with your customization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any Visa or Mastercard through Paypal. You can also use Paypal to pay by bank transfer or check.
How long will it take to engrave my case?
We usually ship cases within 1 business day of ordering
How long have you been engraving cases?
Over 20 years.

Please check the case dimensions given above to be sure your eyewear will fit inside. Our cases will not fit over sized eyewear or sunglasses with wraparound frames. We have only the one size case so please make sure it will work for your needs; we want you to be happy! Also note that the text, images and graphics are ENGRAVED onto the case; not painted or drawn. The results will look different from one case color to another. Please look at the sample pictures of the different color engraved cases.
