| How can I track the status of my order? |
| Your eyeglass case will be engraved and shipped ASAP. After that you can use the tracking number we provide you for the shipper you chose to track your eyewear cases order. |

| We have been engraving eyeglass cases for eyewear professionals for over 20 years. We have just recently (2007) begun offering our case engraving services to the public. |

| Can I send in my own case to be engraved? |
| No. The laser we use to engrave our eyewear cases will damage certain materials and there is no way we can determine whether we would be successful with your eyewear case or not. |

Custom font for your eyeglass or sunglass case.You can choose your own font for your eyeglass/sunglass hard case if you don't like the available selection. Simply check the box labeled 'Custom font?'. This costs $5 and you must email us the font (the actual font file) you like along with your order number after purchase. We will size the font for best fit on your sun glass/eyewear case with the text you submit. |
